Taste of Auckland We start this journey tracking picturesque bays of Auckland's North Shore. Passing historic North Head with it’s defence forts and tunnels, we then proceed up the Waitemata Harbour. Wave to the cars and bungy jumpers on the Harbour Bridge as we fly over the harbour and circle the central city. You’ll fly by several of the city’s 50 volcanic cones and craters including Mt Eden, and One Tree Hill.
Your flight then takes you around the summit of Rangitoto Island, Auckland’s youngest and largest volcano. Admire this natural reserve from above and note the black volcanic lava flows from the cone.
The final leg of our trip will take us north along the eastern coastline, taking in scenic North Shore beaches before returning to the airfield.
Allow 1 hour for this journey, including safety briefings. This round trip includes approximately 30 minutes of flying.

Waiheke Explorer Journey by air, land and sea! Departing from our North Shore base, the Waiheke Explorer first flies you over the Hauraki Gulf and around Rangitoto Island, Auckland’s youngest and largest volcano.
From here let us take you on a journey to Waiheke Island - a picturesque blend of farmland, forest, beaches, vineyards and olive groves. We will circle the entire island, passing Stony Batter, a historic WWII defense complex on the eastern tip, before delivering you to your coach for a tour of one of the finest Vineyards on the island.
Indulge yourself in fine wines and world class dining for the afternoon. Once you’ve had your fill a fast ferry will escort you back across the Hauraki Gulf and into the Auckland Harbour for your return coach back to the airfield.

Grand Wild West Adventure Our journey begins with a scenic flight hugging the east coast beaches of the North Shore. As we round historic North Head keep your eyes peeled for the tunnels and forts set up for the protection of Auckland's shores during WWII.
Once around the head we fly over the harbour where you'll want to wave to the cars and bungy jumpers on the Harbour Bridge and take photos of the City of Sails.
While noting the volcanic origins of the city, we cross to the Manukau Harbour and past the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park - boasting more than 16,000 hectares of native rainforest and coastline. Skirt the grand cliffs of Whatipu and be ready to view breathtaking vistas, spectacular rocky outcrops, streams, waterfalls and farms overlooking the wild west coast.
You'll have close up and personal views of the rugged black sand and wild surf beaches of Piha and Muriwai before we turn inland and our journey takes us back to the airfield across rolling hills of farmland.
