Passenger and pilot safety is our first priority. Each flight is subject to a pre-flight inspection of the aircraft by the pilot, and all customers will be given a comprehensive safety briefing before take-off.

Weather is a critical safety factor and we don’t take any risks. We carefully monitor weather patterns, forecasts and warnings. If there is any sign of weather disruption – flights are cancelled and any payments are refunded in full.

Our decision on weather conditions is final.

FLY NZ operates under Part 135 of the Civil Aviation Regulations, all staff and equipment are highly qualified and regularly tested in accordance with these requirements.

All FLY NZ planes have a tracking device that is part of the Spidertracks live-tracking system which uses satellite and web-based communication to monitor the plane’s exact position every 1-2 minutes.
