Safety

Passenger and pilot safety is our first priority. Our pilots are tested every 6 months in accordance with CAA regulations and our aircraft are regularly maintained and serviced. Each flight is subject to a pre-flight inspection of the aircraft by the pilot, and all customers will be given a comprehensive safety briefing before take-off.

Weather is a critical safety factor and we don’t take any risks. We carefully monitor weather patterns, forecasts and warnings. If there is any sign of weather disruption – flights are cancelled and any payments are refunded in full.

Our decision on weather conditions is final.
