Waiheke and Wine
Tour Waiheke Island by air, land and sea, including winery visits.
We take off from our base at North Shore Airfield and head east to Rangitoto, Auckland’s youngest and most dominant volcano. We fly across the island, inbetween neighbouring Motutapu island before reaching picturesque Motuihe Island. From here, our flight takes in the main coastlines of Waiheke including Oneroa, Palm Cove, Onetangi beaches. You’ll circle almost the entire island, taking in Stony Batter, a historic WWII defense complex in the eastern tip of the island before being delivered to your coach for a tour of one of Waiheke’s best vineyards. Once you’ve had your fill, a fast ferry will escort you back across the Hauraki Gulf to the CBD. (Note, no transfer is included from the Ferry Terminal at Auckland’s CBD back to your hotel).
All Flight Hauraki flights include aviation headsets, so you can easily communicate with your pilot and friends or family.
